Where can I find the de-limiter on my 93 wrx?

Default Where can I find the de-limiter on my 93 wrx?
Just wondering as i'm getting a 97 sti next week that still reads in km/h so my guess is it's not been de-limited and I wanted to know if I can swap over the part that de-limits the car.

depends if the speedo drive is cable or electronic, if electronic the is a little box with i think 4 wires, if its cable the de-lmiter goes between the cable and clocks
