Default Best Price for PPP

Looking to buy the Prodrive Performance Pack for my MY06 WRX but don't want to pay the £1700 asking price.
Has anyone managed to get a better deal from their local Subaru dealer?

cheapest option is to buy the parts 2nd hand either from here or ebay, then just get a bespoke map for your car, only issue then is the warranty, but any option other than full price PPP from a dealer will have this effect. I got all of the PPP parts for about £170, but the mapping will be on top of this and this will vary from £400-£550 dependant upon who you go to. So in effect will get the full PPP equivalent for about £600-£750.

I've no doubt that second hand / remap is the cheaper option but, my WRX is an April 07 so well in warranty.
I'd like to keep the warranty so my only option is a PPP or wait until after the warranty expires and then go for a different option.?
