will sti shocks and tein springs on a 54 plate fit a 54 plate wrx?

hello will you get any improvement with the sti shocks over the standard wrx?

i did this with 03sti shocks and prodrive springs onto a 05 wrx, handling was much improved and car sat a little nicer, but i find it a bit harsh, although great when pushing the car hard. but and am considering putting prodrive blue springs onto the original shocks and fitting them back on the car just to give that lttle bit of a smoother ride with the crap roads around my area.

the guys offered them to me for 150 they have covered about 20000 miles and have tein springs on lowering by 40mm, is that a good deal or could i get cheaper?
