Only reason for fuses to blow like that are if you have an earth problem. Something is shorting to earth, causing your dash lights to illuminate and popping the fuse due to excess current draw.

Nightmare of a problem to sort as via the internet, there is no way of knowing where to start!

As the reversing light is continually blowing, I'd be inclined to check the rear clusters for water, Try and follow the cables back from the filament through the car, inspecting them for chaffing or cuts through to the conductor where it's catching on bodywork.

I had an old vectra once (brand new at the time) where the electric window switch was chaffing on the bodywork, it caused the car to try and continue to run even when the key was out. Speedo needles were going wild and all dash lights were on dimmly, really weird. It took the garage over a day to find it by checking all looms.
