Default Blown Turbo! How do you know???

If a Turbo fails can this spit a blabe into the cylinder chamber?

Mine is smoking badly (I think)

Could it cost a rebuild?

what shape is it? i have a 95 and ive just replaced piston number 3, and it was shotting a load of smoke out!!!!! but you will no if its the piston by the way it drives, it will lose a lot of power. The only reason i think this, is because its well known for piston no.3 to go!!!!

I'd have thought your intercooler would stop the blade.

ive heard of the blades facturing tiny pieces off and it getting into the engine but i think its either very very rare or it just doesnt happen , take your air filter pipe off have a look at the blades see if they are there etc etc . if they are together see if the shaft has any play in it , is it smoking ?
