WRX STi performance figures??
If my car was putting out the standard 250ps, what would it do 0-60, 0-100 and the 1/4 mile in if i hooked it up properly?
and if its running the 275ps that the V2 engine should produce thats fitted to it, would the figures be massively different?
thanks, cant you tell i know very little about scooby's! LOL

The V2 runs 275ps because of the ecu so it may be worth checking to see what ecu you have (passenger footwell underneath a kickplate).
0-60 5.5-6.0 secs perhaps

under 5 secs ,imo, is optimistic engine can take 300bhp (but the intercooler may need upgrading and definately the fuelling)

So the bottom end would need pulling apart for over 300bhp?

Some people have manged over 320bhp (mickywrx iirc) but he is pushing the limit (especially on standard 380cc injectors)
I would get the engine rebuilt for over over 300bhp just so you would know that it's been done and it has been specced for what you want.
I would err on the side of over engineering the engine.

In that case, i wont bother going over 300bhp. i arent wanting to spend on an engine build tbh. i dont have the funds really.

a nice 280bhp should see you fine and it's relatively cheap to get but like i said see what ecu you're running

yep the ecus are normally a single letter and single number (few examples are 2c,w6,u8,z4,z5)
Post up what it says and then somebody can tell you what ecu it is

I wouldn't advise following my example.
