Does anyone else have one of these or something similar?
What exactly is the adjustable part of this thing? Also did anyone spec their's with a spring stronger than the 'green' one? It doesn't seem much stiffer than the stock actuator.

the spring is changable therefor the actuator pressure is adjustable by changing the spring we ran a red spring and found it not enough so we have a garrett actuator now.... much better.....

I'm just worried that it won't hold boost to the same level as the standard one. I would hope it would.
There must be someone out there with the same device. What BAR/PSi were you able to attain with the green spring? Will adjusting the pre-load on it help attain a higher boost level than standard?

Yeah, I've bought the yellow one and is getting fitted tomorrow. I had the chance today to see the green, yellow and red springs. The green one is sooo weak!

I spoke to a guy from Forge on the phone a while back when I was thinking my actuator could do with a freshener.
As well as the standard "colours" of spring, they can supply springs based on the wastegate pressure you want to run (so if you want to run wastegate of 0.xx bar then they can supply a spring to suit).
Easy to adjust, just unscrew and put in the new spring.

You should be taking advice on the spring that suits your car, as we would all fit a "2 bar" spring and end up with 500 bhp (briefly !)....

I've taken advice and fitted the yellow spring. The green one just isn't strong enough IMHO, or in the opinion of the experienced tuner I spoke to.
