Everyone will give you different opinions mate...
My personal opinion would be
Pauter, Crower, Arrow or Carrello roads. All are good but the Arrows and Carrellos are lightest. Personally i use Carrello.
Wiseco, Cosworth, JE, Mahle, CP, Supertech all high end brands for pistons. Personally i use Wiseco
ACL, Cosworth, Clevite are all top for bearings, Personally i use ACL race series.
You pays your money, you make your choice.

Wiseco pistons are very good and are used on a lot of 500BHP+ Cars, The Eagle rods are very good too. Service was faultless mate and his communication was great, he even answers emails uptill 10pm at night!
Give him a ring and he will tell you about the products. If you look in the project Threads you will see that me (Engine Rebuild and Few Mods) and Nick (Budget DIY Engine Rebuild) and both using his products. I also got my arp head studs off him for a very good price. If you are going to buy in bulk he might strike you a bit of a deal.

As Banny said previously, give Mark at Lateral a phone. You'll get a straight honest genuine answer and excellent service. I'm using L.P's own rods, ACL full race bearings, Mahle rods, ARP bolts and a few other odd's and sod's all sourced from L.P apart from the pistons. I wouldn't go elsewhere tbh and the advice is worth it alone.

Matt's already given my vote for Chris/CDF already. He does do oversize as well if you want them, which is what I had 92.5mm Wisecos with Eagle rods, ARP head studs, Cometic head gaskets. There are more pricey places around who also will give a lot of good engine building advice etc and take the hassle out of what to order etc which is what a lot of people want. I just wanted someone who could get me the stuff I needed at a good price and in good time, which Chris has done.
