depends how much patience you have lol

i could have mine changed within an hour but if your bolts are siezed could take alot longer as i found out on one of my scoobys

(might want to replace the gaskets)

mine was metal gaskets and i reused mine, but ideally i think they should be replaced. check ebay for some if you go 2 the dealers they prob charge ott

Spray the nuts on the turbo with WD40 and leave for a while. Then you need a flexi head ratchet, some small extension bars and a universal joint for the job. Should be ok after that.

 

also depends if you still have a turbo heat shield fitted lol
took ages to get the original off mine while changing the downpipe!

 

As mentioned above, it's the tools that make or break the job. You need plenty of Plusgas, a 14mm swivel head ratchet spanner and a good quality 6 sided socket.

 

When you remove the water pipes you'll lose some coolant. Some people drain all the coolant before and take the opportunity to do a coolant change.

Also have some spare nuts and bolts, in case some get sheared or go walkies.
