Knock sensor is under the intercooler.
I would get a new knock sensor ASAP and take it easy while driving IE as little boost as possible, not worth the risk of a hole in the engine for sake of a cheapish sensor

You probably do not need a new sensor.
Have your ECU read, then reset the ECU and clear the faults.
After thay, keep an eye on the check engine light but chances are it is OK.
If faults reoccur then take it from there but any CEL activity should be investigated promptly.
