Default Turbo Whistle

Just this weekend my Turbo has started to whistle whilst accelerating, it quite a loud whistle too, more you rev the louder it gets ...

Just wondering if this is owt to worry about ?

Heard it could be a leaking air pipe ??

Thanks in advance for any help
