Default Hawkeye STi 2.5 downpipe change

One for the technical people please- my STi already has a Revolution centre / rear section-I'm planning on fitting the Revolution downpipe thats been sat in myoffice formonths, but it may be a month or so until I can get it mapped.

Will it be safe to run in the meantime on the standard map?

Thanks

As 53WRX says you often get overboost in that scenario (and a check engine light telling you the cat is FUBAR), best to remove and block (both sides) the pipe from the BCS to intake pipe to limit you to wastgate boost until you get it mapped.
