Exactly what model of STi do you have?
STI 9 would equate to you owning a 2003 model JDM car if they continued with the numbering, these ran a VF36/37 twin scroll turbocharger (some limited edition JDM cars like the S202 ran a VF34, the S203 ran a VF42 twin scroll turbocharger), now if you mean an MY02-05 UK car, these ran a VF35 turbocharger, if you mean an MY06 2.5ltr, its different again, so it is always best to put down the model year as the numbering stopped at version 6 for exactly this reason
