building a 2.5 with forged pistons and sti4 ported and polished heads, was wondering if there was a standard turbo, maybe VF series that would push 400+ rather than going the FP MD route, not sure there is, but dont know much bout the VF range, was going to put back together with my td05 untill funds allow but if can get a second hand turbo that would produce good power over 400 then i could be tempted to do it at same time as build.

any ideas peeps?

 

A cost effective way is to convert your TD05 to a 20g - 400Hp is its upper limit. Andy Forrest converts them for £550 last time I looked.
