Does anybody have any idea of what bhp i can produce from a classic turbo 2000 AWD with the following mods-

Magnecor ht leads,
Iridium plugs,
Pipercross induction kit,
Boost control valve running 15psi,
De-cat exhaust,
Walbro 255 fuel pump,
Front mount intercooler,
TD05-16G turbo,
and a re-map

by 2000 do you mean year 2000

I am assuming a 1997 or 1998 hence only running 15psi as standard 380cc injectors run out of fueling about there... if 99 or 00 or if you added larger injectors then it can be mapped to higher booost and make another 30 or 40horses.

I forgot to say i will be porting and polishing the heads.

Which injectors do you recommend and how much are they please? Also, what bhp are the standard internals capable of before they start melting?

350 seems a safe point to stop... some run at higher without issue though.
