Default oil leak

ok so i found a slight oil leak.
this car is never ending lol.

It appears to be coming from the sump. the only problem, as im sure you are aware, is it appears you cannot take the sump off without removing the engine.

Is this the case or is there a simpler of getting the sump off to reseal it?

Thanks
Jamie

engine out for sump off mate as you can't get to the rear bolts!

you might be able to undo the engine cross member mounting bolts and lift it enough to get on there but i have not tried doing it this way so don't know for sure? it would be worth a try if nothing else as you need these bolts off anyway if you are going to remove the engine!
