ARP Head stud Torque figures

Hi All, About to do the head gasket and have decided to replace the standard head studs with ARP Studs. Is there a torque figure for screwing these into the block prior to fitting the head.

Finger tight,with an added little twist with a allen key to be sure! there is no torque figure for them.
