can anyone please help i have a 99 uk turbo and notice my idle sits at about 500 rpm when hot so i decided it was time for a new maf.
brought new maf and installed only to find there is no difference please can some help as its really irritating thanks in advance

get a dealer to raise it slightly using the select monitor don't do it the cowboy way and twiddle all the adjusting screws

how much would they charge?

 

You can tweak the idle with Deltadash as well, it takes a minute or two.
It's the sort of thing we wouldn't charge any more for if checking a car over.

 

so is this a normal thing then.
the engine was idling fine untill i put a hks racing suction kit on there?
