Default code 45 on a classic

can some 1 please comfirm wht code 45 on my check engine is i have 93 plate wrx ra and am struggling 2 make boost at the mo only 7/8psi iv done engine check and come up as code 45 iv been told its the 3port solinoid but some 1 else told me its the map sensor

cheers bud sorry 2 b a pain any pics ov the map sensor i know its drivers side near boost solinoid wanna make sure its plumbed in right?

up date on this problem iv replaced the map sensor with another 1 also change brown thing on top 2 b sure then tried 2 reset the ecu using the green plugs but stil come up same code im now trying dissocnnecting the bat 4 a while 2 reset it that way is there anything else can cause this code 2 come up???
