headlight washers

i was wondering today, my headlight washers dont work and the jets on one side are loos so i thought can you get covers to like fit in the gap in the bumper if id remove the jets, i never use them enyway, dont want to take them off and leave to big holes in the bumper, any ideas?

Best bet would be to get some rubber blanking gromments like these...

You'd have to make sure you get correct fitting ones obviously.
You could then spray them with a flexible primer and then spray in your bumper's colour to make them almost 'invisible'!
