Well I've not had JGM's mapping but I can tell you that he is ready to help at any time, whether you're a customer or not. He answers PMs and emails which counts for a lot I think. I can't comment on Powerstation apart from to say I never hear from them on here.

Simon! Very nice guy, knows his onions and will come to you.

He's had a hand in my car and I was impressed with his service.

Unless you are able to arrange a mapping session when he happens to be in your area, then I believe he'll simply charge you for his petrol, which can only be fair enough really (sorry Simon if I'm wrong on this - please put me right as necessary).

All the above comments are valid...

He's done a hell of a lot for me in answering my million-and-one personal emails lol, and is always willing to help. He offered, free of charge, to test my 2nd hand Apexi PFC, to make sure it was working okay, before arranging the mapping session.

Talking of which, it went great. I really enjoyed it - despite initially being a bit apprehensive beforehand - and he appears to have done a fine job, as the car drives great and I'm not seeing any knock activity on the CEL whatsoever!

Hi thought also i would put my 10 pennies worth in...

Whilst i haven't had any work done by JGM i have phoned him and asked about mapping and various other questions i have had. To which he has always had time and been very good customer service wise.......

As with the other one well i would never go to them again after spending money with them for various parts such as brakes and suspension. Whilst the parts i bought i have never had any problems with, customer service was short of Crap.......

Regards All

He certainly knows his stuff, always takes time to answer all my stupid questions, and is a really nice guy
