Do a search for "oil". You'll have a fun time sifting through all the conflicting advice/opinions, lol.
Use the best fully synth you can afford, like Millers, Motul, Sikolene, etc. These are 100% fully Ester which is good news and helps keep the oil stay in grade for longer, etc.
I'd recommend using any spec between 10W-40 to 15W-60, so...
10W-40, 10W-50, 10W-60, 15W-40, 15W-50, 15W-60 would be all good. Personally, 10W-60 or 15W-60 would be my choice. Just don't put a 0W-xx in your engine...
