Pants mines a hawkeye spec-c with a ecutek remapp and mine has launch control mapped in at a preset revs activated by selecting first gear

when did you get that mine was mapped a couple of months ago and it wasn't out then? unless there's a difference between the 2 and 2.5 which prohibits launch control ?

My Type Uk has Launch Control and Flat Throttle shifting (both superb ) on the OE ecu but it isnt ecutek. I map mine with open source.

To be honest I don't know why I didn't go open source there doesn't really seem to be any negatives ... although someone will think of some I'm sure.

Still I'd like launch control to ... wait for it ... "save" my clutch

basically when at Santa Pod I sometimes overcook it where as if I can dial in 3500-4000 rpm I can at the very least be consistent with my launch times.... that's the plan anyway.
