Ok guys what power are you running on these 2 turbos. Ive a VF23 on my sti ra at present and was intending to change it for a VF35 but had a chat with a guy from Turbo Dynamics today now im in two minds whether to do the change or not.

The car is due to be mapped on the 6th of November with these mods..

Simtek ECU
Walbro
3 port boost solenoid
Hybrid FMIC
Nismo 550's
Apexi IK with cold air feed.

I saw a post lastweek from Simon mentioning that a car he mapped with a VF23 made 339bhp, power which i would be more than happy with.

What power are you running with either turbo and what mods?

Im going the other way, changing my VF23 for a VF35...Was told by Turbo Dynamics that the VF35 wasnt much of an upgrade over the VF23.

I'm running a VF35, with Hybrid FMIC, Walbro, 440s, Harvey's ported headers, Apexi PFC, Simon mapped, 3 port BS, Ninja DP and decat center section - 331/301 - on an MY98 with standard internals - very nice

All in all i'd rate the vf35 ahead of the vf23.

On a good car 370hp+ is possible out of a vf35 and it will out spool a vf23.
