couple quick questions
A while back I started getting a check engine light, after doing a bit of research here on SN I learned how to check the error code. When I did it came up as code 22 Knock sensor.
I've finally gotten another sensor just this morning, however I checked again a few days ago (as the light has since turned off) and I guess I had a couple stored codes as it now flashes me code 22 and code 23(MAF)
I'm about to replace the knock sensor, and was just wondering if there was anything I should double check on first, or anything like that. Once I replace it, will I need to reset the CEL? If so, exactly how does one do that.
Also, I know it says MAF sa well, but I should have one of those on the way too, lol, hopefully by tomorrow.
Thanks for the help!!

So...new question...How does one in fact remove the knock sensor XD!! I think I can see the little bugger, but he's way down in there. Do I just need a nice long extension and some nimble(small is more like it) hands?

Intercooler off, and its easier, but there is still a metal pipe to make things difficult.
BTW if MAF is showing it could be the broken MAF triggering the knock sensor as the enigne may run lean and detect knock.
I have had intermitted knock sensor codes for ages now, but torquing it to the correct value seemed to help. Can't remember what it was now... But less tight than you might think and it seemed to improve.
