"cheesy... cap is creemey but my dipstick is not... cuming..."
Pathetic, I know![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
Seriously, if it was condensation, then it would burn off after the car got up to normal temp.- check it immediately after a run
It's not looking good i.e. head gasket failure?

If the dip stick is showing no signs of slush (cream) then i personally wouldn't worry about it to much. AFter all in the past all oil caps seem to cream up due to condensation.
But you will have to keep a close eye on the Oil and water, as if it is a gasket your better off noticing it earlier than later.

The sludge in the cap, as said, is not a drama in itself. Just clean it out. The main problem you have is the overheating, that needs to be addressed immediately.
Do your fans come on when the car is up to temp and been sat still for a couple of minutes?
It could very well be a duff thermostat. To check this, start the car from cold, let it sit and idle, as temp increases, feel the top radiator hose and it should be warm to hot, if not then the thermostat may not be opening.
If it is warm, try and feel the radiator, watch those electric fans as they can kick in without warning, even with the ignition off, best to unplug them. If there are definate cold spots mixed with warm, then the radiator is either knackered or clogged. Maybe a good flush is required or new rad.
Hot engine water enters the top of the radiator through the rubber hose by the header tank and re enters the engine from the bottom of the rad on the passengers side.
Hope this helps

Not too sure what is happening there, it shouldn't force it's way out of the header tank like that on a serviceable system (cold). The top hose may feel empty but if you give it a good massage, can you hear the slooshing of water or bubbles?
With the cap on, after you've started the car and let it run, is that top hose still squishy or is it noticeably harder?
Answer the questions I've asked in all my posts and finding out the problem shouldn't be too difficult
