Default which way do i go???

Ive virtually finished building my 2.5 to go in my classic, which consists of new 2.5 short block, wiseco pistons, sti4 ported and polished heads and a few other bits and pieces, i really dont know which way to go with the turbo, headers and injectors, i wanna see the 400's but dont want over 450, dont want a big turbo thats not working hard cause seems like a waste so was thinking bout a 20g???? will this see me into the 4's?? also how far will my 550's see me? if i were to go with the 20g am i best off staying with standard headers and up pipe but porting them?

any ideas people, as at 400 things seem to be at there max or very under powered, dont wanna be wasting money if i dont need to

cheers

Darren

Very few people see 400's with a 20G.

Isn't that on a 2ltr though, mate?

Maybe if a 20G wont cut it and you don't want to fork out for an MD turbo, it's worth looking at the FP Green? As for your 550s my suspicion is you'll need more. I'd be having a word with someone like David at APi for advice on the ancilliaries, or whoever maps your car!

It's tough to get 400 or more out of an 05/ 20G, an 06 /20g would be better - but the MD321H or T are the turbo's of choice and it is almost impossible not to get 430 on T with huge torque; 470 plus is usual.

Go for a modern turbo like the 321 series.
