Default Getting the burble sound back?

On my 4th Impreza now! MY07 WRX PPP wagon. I’m really disappointed with the exhaust sound even though it’s got the Prodrive exhaust system. I’ve been told that because it is the 2.5L engine it has equal length manifolds and of course no burble, is this correct? Is there any way to get the burble sound back? I need to be careful with what I do because of the warrantee.

Cheers, Chris

Incorrect, only the jdm twin scroll cars run the equal length manifold. A decent back box should get the burble back for you

Cheers, for that, are the new Prodrive back boxes a bit wimpy on sound then? Do they use a different back box for the saloon and the wagon? Thinking of noise in the cabin with the wagon. Could I just buy an older Prodrive back box?

Not sure what backbox is used on the newer cars but would try getting hold of a sti genome backbox, as they sound sweet
