Tappet/Injector Noise?

Tappet/Injector Noise?
Just recently I have notice a tapping noise from bank 3-4? 
(turbo side) and I'm pretty sure it's the tappets and not big end as it doesn't knock just taps.Done the old screwdriver trick

I think that the tappets are hydraulic so if this is the case can they be adjusted as I didn't think you could adjust hydraulic or are new parts the only option?
I've also read somewhere on here that the injectors can sometimes make a ticking noise.Can this be cured simply or is it new injector.
V4 type-r MY98,standard
