Ive been looking for a new panel filter today an found the hks ones in demon tweeks £30 plus p&p are thay any good ?

Dno about the HKS ones, persoally would go for K&N or Green. You gets what ya pay for

im thinking of going for a hks one,hks are supposed to be very good products,im assuming the panel filter will be equally as good as the rest of there stuff!

It says its made of the same 2 layer polyurethane material as the super power flow kits so it must be good

i have a hks panel filter. i choose this 'cause hks make quality gear, also because you don't have to impregnate it with oil like you have to do with a k&n or pipercross filter. it's the oil in these filters that knackers the MAF.

do u think there are any gains by paying between £30-£50 for a panel filter over the £13 standard paper subaru one?

Apart from the obvious you mean?? like increased bhp/airflow. The main reason for me would be the life time usage, 3x£13 thats your money back
