As long as you still have the pipe that goes into the inlet pipe you'll be fine. There will probably be some kind of bung on the inlet side, you need to remove this bung and retrofit the black rubber hose that you took off when you fitted your VTA dump.

You did save it, didn't you? I didn't and it cost me 15 quid to get a used one from API

have you run ur car yet? did exactly same today and the car just wouldn't have it, whining sound on boost so have put the bailey back on and it's ok now. My car has changed a bit since fitting the dump valve, headers, mapping etc so could be that. The OEM has sat on a shelf in the garage for the last 9months so it may have deterioated in some way.Haven't got a clue but definately not a happy car.

car runs fine - no issues at all.
my car only has PPP fitted tho

did all the hoses get a tight fit??

my OE DV sat in a box in the shed for three years and still works.
although i'm going to keep hold of the blitz DV for a bit just to make sure its all ok.

Yes I checked the fitting, it was a faff putting the old one back on tho so I checked carefully before removing it again. The car just wouldn't run on boost so I had no option. I haven't any issue's with DV- the car operates very well 4500-6000 revs when I'm pushing on. I'm in for a water/meth injection system in a couple of weeks and running more boost I thought the OEM might be a more stable option. I'll have to see what ZEN's take on it is.
cheers mate
