Talking Which coil overs?

Sorry for the new post but my works computer is blocking me entering my last posts with regards suspension. Just a quick one im re thinking what suspension to fit to my 04 STI, i was thinking KYB Ultra sr's but as someone kindley told me these are the same as what im taking off

Im having to replace them as mine have incured the dreaded knocking from the back, so wanting to upgrade and avoid the same problem in the future.

So could anyone recomend what coillovers to get and any mounts that i would need etc. Do these already come with springs on them or would i need those aswell?

Sorry for the lack of knowlege on these but im not up to speed with stuff like this. Dont want to go daft on price as me and my mrs have just had twins so want to keep cost low really

Cheers guys

ive just gone for some apex coilovers, you can get them for a reasonable price and quite a few people on the forum have got them as part of a group buy, they seem to be getting good reviews so i thought i would try them over teins which i normally have
