Your OEM TMIC will reach it's efficiency limits before the TD05 if your gonna fit, and remap, larger (440s?) injectors. In any case, the TD05 is a capable unit - very robust too - and is prob good for c.340bhp. So, get your injectors fitted and - if you don't have already - get a decat and full system (maybe get a Walbro 255lph fuel pump too). Then get it remapped.

With the 440s, the max boost you'll be able to run will be over 1.1bar (prob anywhere between 1.2 to 1.35bar), so you''d need to also change your MAP sensor to the higher rated MY97/98 2.5bar, or the MY99/00 2.7bar, one...

Question

You got it! You should easy get a min of 290, but more like 300+ bhp. In fact you're in the same boat as me! - I currently have the same supporting mods as you mapped on my A'PEXi PFC, and am looking to fit my 440's later and get JGM to remap.

What mappable ECU are you/will you be running?

No. OEM MY92-98 ECU's aren't mappable.

Your best bet would bet get the ESL Live daughterboard (cheapest too) and it retains all of the OEM's great input/output sensors and features. Best to get Simon of JGM to supply, fit and map... www.jollygreenmonster.co.uk (the 2nd option down in the list).

Just make sure you get that later MAP sensor (JGM may have some on him - ask him via email) before you arrange your mapping session with him, then he'll be able to fit all the hardware pior to the mapping, on the day (not the 440s though lol - get them fitted by a specialist, beforehand).
