Hi i have a usual fault im led to belive with the bolt coming loose on the crank pulley and has knackered the crank pulley, i have bought a light weight pulley to replace that and also bought a new bolt and woodruff key as with the crank pulley getting knackered in turn it has knackered the woodruff key, this is now my problem, how do i get the timing belt pulley of the crank and the woodruff key out as i have mentioned the key is knackered also im thinking all the timing belt will have to come of and in this has anyone done, if so how is it to do
also does anyone live in the derby area with the knoledge of this that may be helpfull and lend a hand

this only happens when the bolt isn't tightened up enough but i normally have to be very careful with a grinder and grind down the remains of the woodruf key and use a puller to draw the pulley off.
