Does anyone know what std parts I will have to put back in the engine when removing Oil Tem and Oil Pressure Defis gauges? Want to have the parts before I take them out. If anyone has Pics that would be a great help to.
Thanks

Depends where they have been fitted.
Usually the oil pressure sender is fitted where the old oil pressure switch was, so you may ned a new o/p switch, but the sender COULD be fitted using a sandwich plate in which case you could just remove this and put the o/p switch back in.
The temp gauge usually sits on top of cyl 2, it's sender in an adaptor, replacing a blanking plug, so you may need the blanking plug.
The sender is sometimes fitted into another plate between the iol filter and the block or even into the oil drtain plug.
