Just a quick one.... Need to remove the engine tray to do an interim oil change - looks like it's held by 2-off hex bolts at the middle-front, then loads of bizarre 'push-in' fittings. How do you get these out without destroying them?? - cheers!

 

Not tried it personally, but there are flaps to access the sump plug and filter without needing to take off the whole tray.

Screwdriver in the side of the fitting prises the top/inside element of them out and they then pull out.

 

The owner's manual states there is an access panel for the sump plug, but to: 'remove tray to access filter' ??? If this is the case, it would make life a whole lot easier than scrabbling about underneath!! - Can you confirm??

 

The manual is correct.
