Default adjustable fuel pressure reg

have just fitted an adjustable fuel pressure reg to my p reg uk spec and wondering on what to turn it up to ?, the standard fuel pressure is 1,77- 2,2 bar or so the autodata cd says. it has yellow injectors and a avcr the car ran fine and i never turn it up above 1.0 bar, any help would be appreciated.

Not sure if it is relevant, mine being an earlier import, but I fitted one to my car last weekend.

On what I class as good advice, set it to 3bar atmospheric(without the vacuum line fitted ) Drops to 2.5bar with the vac pipe connected.

May well be different on your car, as you have larger injectors than me, though. And it's a later car.

Mine too, set to 3 bar ! But I had to add 0.5 bar to cope with a bigger blower.

Get it on the rollers and have it checked out, only £50 per hour at AET-Turbos in Normanton !
