Default plugs and HT lead upgrade

wondering which plugs are the best for my WRX running 347bhp, and also is there an HT lead upgrade worth doing

ngk 7b spark plugs are what I bought and im heading for similar power to yourself

standard ht leads are best and ngk pfr7b as said are best at that level.

...Which begs the question: at what level are the even colder PFR8's required?!

thanks guys - how long do spark plugs last, or before they begin to drop in performance?

next silly question - how easy are they to change, as its a boxer engine the plugs arnt easily accessible ??
