Probably a stupid question but is a JDM battery the same as a UK one?

Yes unless you have a spec c, then they are different.

Just a common 2003 JDM STi, it does mention Spec' C in my manual but the rest is all in japanese

Down to Halfrauds after a jump start in the morning for me then
