Replacement Fuel pump

Hi all,
I hope someone may know the answers to a couple of questions:
The fuel pump in my Forester has failed - my local garage reckons that a genuine Subaru part will be £298 (!!!). Does anyone know the genuine price part at all?
Second question - from searching the threads (and ebay), it looks like a replacement pump can be bought for approx £80. For example, there is one advertised on ebay from temple tuning as: "Genuine WALBRO Fuel Pump 255lph Subaru GC8 EJ20" Does anybody have experience of this fuel pump and fitting one?
I'm starting to wish I'd fitted it myself now
Thanks!

Indo, if you can find out if the Foresters fuel pump is exactly the same as an Impreza's, then I have my old original OEM one available still (I replaced it for the Walbro - as many people do lol). It was working fine beofre it was removed.
Give me a shout if you need to get out of a fix, etc...
