Default over revving / idle??

Hi, hope you guys can help i'm new to scooby forums and scoobynet.
I've had an import 97 wrx impreza for about a year now, my first scooby and won't be my last!!!
I've done a few things to her, hks green panel air filter, cobra back box, new OE coil pack, new OE maf sensor, 8mm sport ht leads and new platinum plugs and she's serviced every 6k.
The problem i'm getting is when she's warm and i stop at traffic lights, junctions etc... she over revs on idle, goes up to 1500 to 2000rpm. its intermittent so doesn't happen all the time. Could it be the idle control valve or the throttle body?? i'm stuck???

Cheers

Phil

A few things it could be to do with are, the throttle sensor, the idle valve, or an air leak after the throttle body, ie inlet to head gasket.
