where can you buy the cable for the delta dash.? i dont have a com port on the laptop. so i need the usb-obd11 cable.

That doesn't look like a ODBII cable to me. The connector is much bigger. Go have a look at the plug below your steering ... that's where the cable will plug into.

no i have the obd11 plug. at the back of the plug is a com port,for my cable tp plug into,then into the laptop. but my laptop does not have a com port. so i need a cable that will plug into the usb port on laptop. then into the back of my obd11 plug. then plug that into my obd11 port on the car.
