Default lightweight crank & underdrive pulley

Hi

Anyone fitted lightweight crank and underdrive crank pulleys?
Ive seen them for sale on various web sites I was wondering if its a tough job to fit them.
For the same price as an induction kit I could have the 2 pulleys and im a sucker for a bolt on upgrade.

the crank pulley can be a bit of a bugger to get off but apart from that its really just unbolt the old and on with the new.
