Default headers and upipe

as im rebuilding forged and got full 3" decat system 2 fit, im thinking of doing somthing to headers and uppipe.

whats the gains, and whats best 2 do to them.

change or port.

also what a decent up pipe, iv heard storys of sum that done fit well.

also, last one is it beter 2 increase headers and up pipe bore size?

harvey port's them , apparentley alot of the tubular stuff can affect the spool of the turbo etc etc unless your going over say 400 i think alot of people recomend you just port etc etc and the bigger the pipe isnt allways better .
