Default Boost leak

I don't drive the car too often but recently thought the turbo was sounding louder?
After giving it some right foot I suspected a possible boost leak so I checked the jubille clips which were loose. The 2x intercooler to throttle body aswell as the turbo to Y pipe .

This was the same problem a few months ago. Why do they keep coming loose. Is it normal?

Same as above change the clips but you can just use NEW clips! You've prob over tightened them and broke the teeth/ ladders!
