0.7 rings a bell lads!! cheers

II didnt check them and installed them straight in, would there be a good chance if I bought them off the net that they would not be gapped correctly?
Car was jumping about terribly....really bad idle
Cheers

cheers- so it should not be tight in the gap but a little friction moving the gauge in between?
Any preferred ways to actually do the gapping?
Cheers

I read on NASOIC the gap should be :
02-03 WRX plug gap range is between 0.28 - 0.31 ?

Is this wrong then?
Im confused!

Hey mate yeah put them in initially and the stutter was terrible mate!
I then took them out and there wasnt a lot in it but they did need regapped a little.
I put them to 0.7mm and it was generally ok but still was stuttering a little between 2 and 3 k revs.
Idle was better but still not perfect mate
I recently removed egt sensor and fitted up pipe decat and td05 16g turbo- wondering if this is the cause prior to remap?
Also snapped boost vacuum lines which i replaced with bigger diameter vacuum and no restrictor pill currently
here is the link mate One Step Colder Spark Plugs? [Archive] - NASIOC

I have a BKR7EIX is one step colder

Cheers!

Aye thats cool mate im nightshift now but at the weekend or the week after im free ppm me when you want to nip up and we can try it out ill check the book see if it works on your car.

The remap wi Andy should sort all the roughness out but make sure you get those boost hoses changed so they are the right sizes and so on Andy will keep you right on the day and is very quick at picking up whats not right

Send him an email the now and ask him what he thinks before you go he might get you to try changing a lil something Grieg
