Oil Catch tank
Just out of curiosity
My mate offered me a New oil catch tank as he owes me some ££ not alot
Its alloy an in blue
Am i able to fit this to my sport. As if not i will just take the cash off him he was going to flog it anyways
If i am able to fit it to my sport what good does it do an would it be hard to do

You should be able to as the car will still have an oil breather system in there somewhere. Not sure how to do it as I have yet to investigate this for mine.

catch tank
hello matey, oil catch tanks stop crap getting circulated around the system, i have one on my 2.3 forged build, you plumb it in where the breathers from both crankcases meet, you need to check it weekly to ensure that it isnt full or your car will smoke as it burns the crap from the tank which is blown back in,mine did this and stopped when i emptied it, it is on the drivers side on mine, and mine is mounted behind the drivers side headlight, if you view my scooby you might see it, it;s blue, hope this helps

Yep i have mate- Its ALOT of work but it will be worth it in the end
As i said before i like the colour an condition of my shell so i want to keep it an i will have 2 imprezas next to eachother for the conversion aswell :-)
Got all the tools,ramps an manpower i need
Labour will be free aswell
Also the car is a "keeper" so the engine turbo engine will be rebuilt before going into the car with some uprated parts
I have my 306 dturbo to run about in when we start this aswell. I have possibly found a local donor car aswell just awaiting a price.
