Default Heater problem?

The motor seems to work on all 4 speeds but haardly any air comes out and when the position is changed it dont seem to have any affect, just wondering is there a pollen filter that needs cleaning or summit??? any help appreciated

I had this problem with an older car i owned , and as you have said the problem was the pollen filter. soon as this was changed the difference was excellent.

i have no idea if the scooby has such a thing ? be interesting to see what others have to say.
