It's wrong in places as you have added the difference instead of subtracting. Also if you are aiming for 0.2mm and 0.25mm that's 8 and 10 thou respectively.

Assuming you're going for 7thou inlet, then you should make LH2 a 0.103" shim, otherwise everything checks out. If you're using underbucket shims of a small diameter, you can easily thin them by 0.001" on a whetstone.

Also by mixing and matching what you've got you won't need to grind so many shims.

Inlets should be 0.006 ~ 0.008"
Exhausts 0.008 ~ 0.010"

ok, mayb its me being dumb, but if u look at LHB 1

the shim i have in place is 0.103, and i ahve a tight clearance, but it says 2 put a 0.11 shim in its place, inst a 0.11 shim thicker? so less clearance

my mistake, its actually 0.0015 so shim is 0.10

That's why Manufacturers give a tolerance - saves a whole lot of shim changing/labour cost and the engine will run/perform just fine with the Inlets @ 0.007" and the Exhausts @ 0.009"
