Couple of Legacy B4 questions?
Well guys I got back into the world of scoobys yesterday when I traded my Audi A4 Quattro in for a lovely Subaru Legacy B4-RSK twin turbo saloon, I just have a couple of questions though.
The engine is a twin turbo boxer but its really quiet. Whats the best and most affordable exhaust system/back box available for it so I can get that burble and roar from it?
While driving, there is a sort of fluttering noise coming from the engine, passenger side, when the first turbo is boosting. Any idea what it might be?
It has the standard fit double din CD & minidisc player in it along with a specially fitted single din stereo. What size is the double din to replace as I have a really good single din JVC DVD unit to go in but I was thinking of selling that and replacing the double din with something touchscreen? Are all aftermarket double din stereos the same dimensions, just slightly different size touchscreens?

Try UK Legacy Forums (Powered by Invision Power Board) for more info. I'm about to put a Zero Sports turbo back exhaust up for sale there. Sounds fantastic, took my yr 00 B4 - RSK from 275/239 to 299/260 with Zero Sports headers. Then with a Bob Rawle remap and a Denso fuel pump up to 329/280. Very nice.
Then I blew the bottom end, hence sale, as I went 2.5 STI short motor.
Can't help on turbo flutter but someone on Legacy UK probably will.
Great cars, mine has got me hooked.
